Ivory wedding dress with bows and sequin floral decoration with detachable train

An ivory wedding dress with bows and sequin floral decoration with a detachable train. The dress (a) is made of cream silk taffeta and is constructed with princess seams that run the entire length of the dress. The sweetheart neckline and bust have machine lace embellished with plastic sequins, plastic beads with a pearlescent coating, and dangling strands of glass bugle beads with a plastic pearlescent coated teardrop bead at the bottom. A pale pink silk taffeta bow is tacked at each front armscye. A patch of lace embellished with plastic sequins, pearlescent coated beads, and strands of beads is on the center of each sleeve near the cuffs. The puff sleeves encase a layer of tulle to support their shape. The armscye seams and the sleeve hems encase a band of elastic. A pale pink silk taffeta bow is tacked towards the bottom of the front proper left seam where the dress begins to flare out. Below this bow, there is lace applique embellished with sequins, pearlescent coated plastic beads, and dangling beaded strands that wind downward towards the hem. The front of the hem is embellished with lace. Back of the neckline is embellished with lace, sequins, and beads and a pale pink bow. A sixteen inch long metal zipper is sewn along the center back of the dress. Two metal bracket eyes are sewn to the proper left side of the center back zipper roughly four inches from the bottom of the zipper placket. One metal eye is sewn to the proper right side. These metal eyes correspond to metal hooks on the dress’s detachable train (b). A pale pink silk taffeta bow is sewn on either side of center back, below the natural waist. A lace hanging loop is sewn at each shoulder at the interior. The dress is lined with cream colored synthetic twill fabric that mirrors the exterior’s construction. The hem of the dress is stiffened with a one a three quarter inch wide band of plastic net that is both machine and hand stitched to the dress. A designer label is sewn to the interior back of the dress below the neckline. The black rectangular label is marked with gold handwritten ink which reads [BRYAN K. OSBURN / * COLLECTION * / CHICAGO * NEW YORK]. Below the designer label are four smaller labels which read [M] [MADE IN / U.S.A] [DRY CLEAN ONLY] [100% SILK].
