Medal ribbon bar with three ribbons issued to John Roland Anderson

A ribbon bar with a Spanish War Service Medal ribbon, a Philippine Campaign Medal ribbon, and a World War I Victory Medal ribbon issued to John Roland Anderson. The three ribbons are wrapped over a rectangular, silver tone ribbon bar. The ribbon on the far left, the World War I Victory Medal ribbon, is a vertically striped, rainbow colored ribbon with purple, navy blue, light blue, green, yellow, orange, and red stripes at the center and then the same colors in reverse. At the center is the Philippine Campaign Medal ribbon, which is a blue ribbon with a vertical red stripe towards each edge. On the far right, is the Spanish War Service Medal ribbon, which is green with a vertical yellow stripe towards each edge. The ribbon edges are wrapped over the ribbon bar and stitched together with black thread on back. On the back is a silver tone pin and a C clasp closure.
