Black double tiered floral applique cape

A black double tiered floral applique cape. The cape features a flat collar made from two panels of fabric that are seamed together at the center back. Sewn to the top edged of the flat collar is a .75” wide pleated panel of black silk taffeta. The outer tier of the cape is made from two panels of circular black linen gauze seamed together at the center back. Black floral applique which consists of six-petal flowers and abstract vines. All edges of the applique are edged with cording that’s made from brown burlap, wrapped with black silk thread. There’s scalloped silk taffeta edging along the hem of the circular tier that changes its width throughout. It’s widest at the back. Black silk taffeta lines the underside of the outer tier.
