Pair of detachable cream fur collars

A pair of detachable cream fur collars. The front of the flat semicircular collar (a) is made of cream fur and is backed with batting possibly lambswool covered with cotton gauze. The edges of the batting and gauze are finished with a half inch wide cream synthetic grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon is machine sewn and was basted with hand stitches which are still along the ribbon. The collar is made of two separate pieces of fur which are joined with a vertical seam along the center of the collar. The circular collar (b) is constructed in the same way as the flat collar. It has a horizontal seam which joins the collar into an enclosed circle. Both collars are unlabeled.
