A yellow petticoat with blue net and purple bow. The petticoat is made from three tiers of yellow synthetic rayon twill machine stitched together. The main body is 16” long and is composed of ten panels sewn vertically together. The waist has a turned down a. 25” inch hem that is hand basted into place. The second tier of the petticoat is 4” wide and is made from multiple panels vertically sewn together. The lowest tier of the petticoat is accordion pleated and 7” wide. There is a 1.5” wide self-fabric ruffled sewn to the bottom hem of the lowest tier. At the proper right front of the petticoat is a purple and pink double looped bow made from synthetic twill, which is sewn to a panel of pink synthetic tulle. The inside of the petticoat is unlined but there are two layers of synthetic tulle machine sewn to the inside. A 4.25” wide panel of white synthetic tulle with white synthetic twill seam binding is the top layer. The second layer is composed of 10” wide synthetic tulle with pink synthetic twill seam binding. The upper panel of white synthetic tulle is longer in the back (7”). There is no label.
