Blue tunic with floral embroidery and matching belt?

A blue tunic with floral embroidery and a matching belt. The tunic (a) is made of wool twill and has a band collar with a six inch notch down the center front. The three quarter length sleeves have square armscyes. Orange and red flowers with yellow centers, green leaves and black stems are chain stitched along the collar. A metal hook and eye are sewn at the center of the collar. An orange zig zag line flanked by two lines is embroidered around the collar and notch opening on the front of the tunic. Red, orange, brown, yellow, and maroon flowers with yellow centers, green leaves, and black stems are chain stitched the top of the shirt around the notch opening. A band of flowers is also embroidered at the edge of the sleeves. A five inch long slit is placed at the bottom of each side seam. On the back of the shirt a self fabric belt loop is sewn along each side seam at hip level. The notch opening is self faced. The single fold hem is machine sewn and hand finished. The interior side seams are pinked at the interior, the other interior seams are left raw. The tunic is unlabeled and unlined.
