Purple knit button down shirt

A purple knit button down shirt. The shirt has a collar and opens in the center front with six plastic buttons on the proper left side which aligns with buttonholes on the other side. The short sleeves have one and a half inch wide upturned cuffs. Two pleats are sewn on each side of the center front opening below the yoke on the front of the shirt. A square patch pocket is sewn on each side of the center front opening. The button placket is self faced on the proper right side. The one inch wide single fold hem is finished with machine overlock stitches. A label is sewn below the collar at the center back interior. The label has faded and is mostly illegible, the top portion of the label reads [RN 68061 / MACHINE WASH WARM / TUMBLE DRY].
