Yellow blouse with green and blue vertical stripes

A yellow blouse with green and blue vertical stripes. The fabric is made from cotton gauze that has been treated to create a plissé effect. There is a pointed, button down collar made from one panel of fabric with a singe, clear .75" button at each corner. The shirt opens completely at the center front with eight plastic buttons (six buttons for the main front opening and two under the collar). Both the buttons and the button placket are sewn onto a 1" bias cut self-fabric band. Each sleeve is one panel of fabric, seamed to itself at the inner arm and sewn to a 3" cuff which closes with two plastic clear .75" buttons. There is a 1.5" cuff vent at the end of each sleeve. The bottom .5" hem is doubled folded and machine sewn into place.
