This is a form letter to former member of the Army Air Forces (AAF) team from Brigadier General Richard C. Sanders. The single sheet of paper contains a form letter from Commanding Brigadier General Sanders to soldiers who had been in the Army Air Forces. Very small white text within the black oval outline reads “U.S. ARMY / CONSERVATION PROGRAM.” In the proper upper right corner of the sheet is a rectangle with a small image of a Revolutionary War soldier holding a long rifle. Above his head is black text that reads “FOR VICTORY.” Next to the soldier is small black text that reads “BUY / UNITED STATES / WAR / BONDES / AND / STAMPS.” At the bottom of the letter is a signature that reads “Richard C. Sanders.” The back of the sheet is blank.
