A pamphlet for an anti-war march and rally sponsored by the Fifth Avenue Vietnam Peace Parade Committee held on Saturday, April 5, 1969, in New York City, which was a day of demonstrations across the United States. The pamphlet is one (1) sheet of off-white paper, printed on both sides in black ink, folded in the middle to create four (4) total pages. On the left of the first page is an illustration of a battlefield cross: a rifle planted barrel-down into the earth, with a combat helmet placed on top of the butt of the rifle, with two (2) other battlefield crosses visible in the background. The text heading on the first page reads: [10,000 GIs / KILLED / SINCE THE / PEACE TALKS / STARTED MAY 1968]. It then gives the details of the event, listing also the Chairman, Ossie Davis, and the speakers: Kathleen Cleaver, Dale Dellinger, and Howard Zinn. The inner pages give more information on the reasons for the rally. At the right side of the third page is a silhouette drawing of a soldier standing at attention, wearing a combat helmet, with a gun over his shoulder.
