Blue and green hat with fabric petals

A blue and green hat with fabric petals. The base of the hat is made of blue synthetic; it is made of two panels and is finished with machine overcast stitching. Blue and green synthetic organza petals are machine sewn to the top of the hat. A three and a quarter inch band is machine sewn to the base of the hat and has a square knot at the center front on the band. The hat is unlined and unlabeled.
