Black velvet beret

A black velvet beret. The hat is composed of two panels of black velveteen - one circular panel for the crown and one for the underside brim. The hat is lined with black synthetic satin and the construction of the inner lining mirrors that of the outer construction. There is a .5” self-fabric inner band made from the lining fabric that is hand stitched into place. The rest of the inner and outer seams are machine stitched together. There is no label.
