Navy plastic straw hat with fabric flowers and ribbon

A navy plastic straw hat with fabric flowers and ribbon. The hat is made of navy synthetic straw and has a mauve synthetic ribbon hat band which is looped on the front and off set to the proper left side. The hat has a short brim which decreases in size towards the center back. Pink, purple, and cream fabric flowers made of synthetic and synthetic velvet are attached to the proper left and front sides of the hat. The flowers are attached to stems made of metal wire wrapped with green synthetic fabric and paper. The stems are attached to the hat band with hand stitching. A navy synthetic petersham ribbon is machine sewn to the inner circumference at the base of the crown. A black elastic band with metal aglets attached to each side is placed on the sides of the hat along the petersham ribbon. The hat is unlabeled.
