Cream and purple hat with fabric flowers

A cream and purple hat with fabric flowers. The skull cap hat is oval shaped with the longer ends of the oval on the sides of the head, which slightly flip outwards. The surface of the hat is covered in handstitched fabric flowers. The flowers are made of synthetic, synthetic velveteen, paper, and synthetic fabric with a coating. The flowers are cream, purple, and pink with green leaves. Metal wire is woven throughout below the flowers. Purple, cream, and yellow paper pistils are placed are the center of various flowers. A stiffened corkscrew made of purple velveteen and partially covered with fabric flowers is attached with a straight pin to the proper left side of the hat. The edge of the hat is bound in purple synthetic velveteen. The base layer of the hat is made of purple synthetic knitted net. Fabric flowers are placed on the sides of the hat at the interior. Hand stitching with purple thread is seen at the interior, these stitches secure the fabric flowers at the exterior. The hat is unlined. A woven fabric label is sewn to the center back interior along the velveteen binding. The label reads [Schwab, Inc. / WASHINGTON, D.C.]. A woven fabric size label is sewn behind the maker label which reads [22].
