Gray knit hat with brown hat band and bow

A gray knit hat with a brown hat band and bow. The hat is made of knitted wool and has a flat circular crown. Rib stitch is used on the sides of the crown. The hat band is made of brown synthetic petersham ribbon and tacked to the base of the crown. A bow made of brown petersham ribbon is tacked to the center front of the hat band. The brim of the crown is flat, a box pleat is placed on the brim at the center back. The grey knit wool continues to the bottom of the underside of the brim. The inside of the crown is lined with mauve synthetic and is handsewn to the edge of the wool brim. Buckram is used as a stiffener inside of the hat. The hat is unlabeled.
