Straw hat with cream hat band

A straw hat with a cream hat band. The hat is made of woven straw blocked to shape. The crown is ovoid shaped and has an indentation at the top of the crown. A cream synthetic petersham ribbon one and a half inches wide is adhered to the base of the crown. A self-fabric bow is adhered to the proper right side of the hat along the hatband. The edges of the brim are folded inwards and are secured with adhesive and a row of machine sewn monofilament thread. A wire is placed along the edge of the brim. A cream synthetic petersham ribbon is machine sewn along the hat's inner circumference. A woven fabric label is sewn at the center back interior of the crown. The label reads [Liz / claiborne / ACCESSORIES]. A paper tag is attached to the woven fabric label with orange cotton thread. The front of the tag reads [Liz claiborne / ACCESSORIES]. The back of the tag includes a quote from Liz Claiborne and the style number which is "WPL 12931."
