Black straw hat with black feathers and gemstone

A black straw hat with black feathers and a gemstone. The hat is made of synthetic straw blocked to shape. It has a wide brim, the proper right side of the brim is folded upwards and secured to the side of the crown. Three black ostrich feathers and a large black gemstone in a metal setting with glass rhinestones are sewn to the upturned underbrim. The hat is unlined and unlabeled.
