Blue hat with upturned white brim

A blue hat with an upturned white brim. The hat crown, brim, and sides are made from navy blue synthetic straw that is blocked to shape. There is a low, circular crown and a navy blue 1” wide cotton blend Petersham ribbon adhered along the crown sides. The navy-blue brim extends 2.75” from the center front and .75” from the center back and is folded upward along the edges, creating a white upturned brim. A metal wire is sewn along the brim’s edge. There is an inner brim, measuring roughly 1.5” made from two layers of navy-blue synthetic straw. A navy quadruple looped bow with a center knot it hand tacked into place at the center front. A cotton blend Petersham ribbon lines the interior crown and woven navy-blue synthetic straw lines the inside of the hat. There is no label.
