Travel case used by Dinah Washington

Tan travel case used by Dinah Washington. The case is made from tan leather and fiberboard with a leather wrapped handle. The lid is hinged and fastens with two (2) metal pressure clips that each lock separately. A rectangular metal plate is adhered at the opening above the handle with raised text reading "Ace" and an airplane in flight to the right of the text. The bottom has four (4) rounded metal feet.. The interior of the case is lined with burgundy synthetic fabric with a leaf motif. There is a large self-fabric pouch pocket with an elastic top opening sewn to the interior lid. On each interior side of the bottom there are three (3) self-fabric pouches open on the bottom with elastic top and bottom edges sewn to the lining.
