Black velveteen headband with veil

A black headband made from velveteen material. The interior structure of the headband is made from plastic boning that is covered in buckram. A black net veil is attached to the underside of the front of the headband. Two strands of white thread are partially stitched into the back left leg of the headband. A white fabric tag with a black and red coat of arms is sewn to the underside of the left leg of the headband. The fabric tag has red text that reads [Peck & Peck.] There is black text at the bottom of the fabric tag that reads [Fifth Avenue, New York.]
