On front page, third column at center is a small article titled [Capture of Slavers on the Coast of Africa] describing the work of the British brigantine Buzzard. During a nearly four year deployment, the ship captured 13 Spanish and Portuguese ships carrying a total of 4,483 enslaved Africans.
