Shoulder marks for 4-Star General worn by Colin L. Powell

These four-star shoulder marks were worn by General Colin Powell. Powell was promoted to four-star general in April 1989 and served as the Commander in Chief of Forces Command (FORSCOM) at Fort McPherson in Georgia.
