A side table from the Rock Rest Tourist Home. The medium brown finished wooden table is narrow with a small, square top, turned legs, and a square-shaped shelf at the bottom connected to all four legs. The tabletop is plain. There is a small area of ring stain damage in the bottom left corner. Adhered to the surface in the same area is a white adhesive label with handwritten black ink the reads [TABLE / RR]. The tabletop is supported by a short square skirt that has two support bars at the center. The four legs inset and attached the support bars. The wooden legs are turned, fluted, and taper slightly outwards. The bottom shelf rests on two diagonally crossed bars that attach to the legs. The bottom shelf is plain.
