A four page Spanish language manuscript handwritten in ink describing the sale of two enslaved men and a one house in colonial New Spain’s Cuidad de Los Angeles (today Puebla, Mexico). The first and fourth page are stamped with two seals in the upper left cover and have four lines of printed text as the heading. The left margin on all pages is left blank and there is minor wear around the pages. There are three documents all dated April 21, 1670 and are signed by public notary, Nicolas Álvarez.
