Charleston slave badge from 1810 for Fisher No. 24

This is an octagonal metal slave badge. On the recto is text that reads ”CHARLESTON [stamped]” across the top. Under that is “1810 [stamped] / FISHER [stamped] / No. [stamped] 24 [engraved] .” On the verso is a stamped cartouche at the center with the maker's name “LAFAR.” The ‘N’ from “No.” shows through on the verso. There is a hole punched at the center top.
