This pastry jagger/ utensil has a round spiked circle at one end. The opposite end has a sharp triangular point that is bent inward. Mid-way between the triangular section and the circle is a metal flange bent inward along the handle. Both inward bent sections are of similar length. There is a long narrow handle between the circle and the narrow triangular blade. Halfway along the handle is a label from the Old Slave Mart Museum consisting of a white background and black writing that reads "R347."
