Minutes from the 18th Annual Meeting of the Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World. The meeting was held from April 28-30, 1917. At the center of the emblem is an image of an elk under the word [INCORPORATED] at the center. Text around the circumference reads [GRAND LODGE I.B.P.O.E. OF THE WORLD / CERVUS ALCES]. There are pencil notations covering the last page and back cover. Printed at the center of the back cover is a union logo and the text [73 / MOONEY'S NEW YORK]
