Three bands of varied patterns and sizes. The top band has a continuous row of dotted squared alternating with smaller dots, contained between two stripes. The wide middle band consists of feathers alternating with willow-like branches. The bottom band of chain links is bracketed by three stripes above and below. Printed in green, grey, orange, and white on a black ground.
