Painted canvas fragment

Painted plain weave cotton duck canvas fragment with knife cut edges. The fragment has a white priming layer covered almost entirely by a layer of dark red paint and one small spot of orange. Matte medium is applied diagonally with respect to the canvas weave on top of the dark red.
