Landscape with a Temple (tapestry in two halves)

This tapestry is two fragments of a verdure tapestry depicting a landscape with a temple in the distance. The border shows flower garlands held aloft by putti. It is an example of Oudenaarde tapestry production from the early seventeenth century.
