Canadian Advances in Heavyweight Elimination: New York: - Toronto's George Chuvalo sticks his left in the face of Doug Jones, of New York, as the latter counters with a right cross during their heavyweight bout at Madison Square Garden, Oct. 2. Chuvalo was boosted into the four-man elimation tournament for the vacated heavyweight crown when he scored a TKO in the 11th round.
